Yet in 1989, when they produced early replicas of Pepsin, Choc⭕Late, and Lic⭕Rice, I first became aware of the discontinued flavors--of which there had been many!

Back in 1935, Life Savers™️ started a new, truly iconic product: Five Flavor. This article describes the Google Translate results for this article, Breve Historia de los Dulces Salvavidas™️, the latter being the Spanish term for Life Savers™️. My business recommendation on AI translation--in the words of Geena Davis's character in The Fly: "Be afraid. Be very afraid."

Lifesavers in Mexico are called Salvavidas. The roll to the right is in my collection. There appears to be at least 15 individual flavors produced for Mexican retail.
Companies that have made and/or distributed Salvavidas include the following:
- Dulcera Lady Baltimore
- SALVAVIDAS LYAUSA
- Matre Mexico
