For years I've been visiting Yorktown Bookstore. This visit, they had this box from The Booker Laboratory. Since Dr. Daniel H. Sterling, my apothecary inspiration, had a pharmacy in Norfolk, I thought this was pretty interesting. 

Booker Drug Company was first located at 1006 E. Main Street, Norfolk VA in 1920. 

This box is for the P. D. Q. Remedy Antiseptic Solution. Booker Drug also made "Eyegine," Lemon Extract, Ammonia, Citrate of Magnesia and "IronTone." Some or all of these formularies may be considered as quack medicine.
