On October 28, 2024, I had 2 vaccines/shots: COVID in my left arm and influenza in my right arm.
- Pain in my left arm was minimal.
- Pain in my right arm lasted about a week.
Four or 5 days after the vaccines I was tempted to say I had no reaction at all. However, then I remembered that those vaccines are probably why I was meeting 3+ hour naps every afternoon. Although I have narcolepsy, the need to sleep was far stronger than normal; one day, I had to cancel two afternoon appointments to sleep in my office.
However, you can tell how far it's been since 2020, because
a) I didn't question whether my shot was Moderna, Pfizer or any other brand. (It turned out to be Moderna.)
b) Nobody asked me for my vaccine card, and I didn't supply it. I do, however, still have it.
For those reasons, it is starting to feel for me like COVID is heading our mainstream, medically.
